ホテル ブリストル - ソレント

部屋からの眺めは最高でした。　夜はソレントの街の夜景がきれいです。ホテルからフェリー乗り場まで歩けますし、カプリまで25分です。　カプリまで、ナポリからは行ったことがありませんが、ソレントからいって正解だったと思っています。ホテルへの行き方や、カプリの船の情報など出発前にメールをしましたが、返事が早くて助かりました。レストランで食べましたがすごくおいしかったです。初め、レストランはがらーんと私と母だけで、どんなものかと心配しましたが、味も飽きることなく、量も値段も手ごろでよかったです。ホテルからの情報でナポリから電車で行くと同じチケットでそのままバスに乗れるとのことでしたが、荷物もあり、疲れていたので初めはタクシーで行きました。端数を切り上げて20でした。すごく遠いいように思いますが歩いてみると意外に近いです。ホテルからバスに乗る場合、バスチケットはあらかじめたばこやさんなどで買っておいてください。ホテルの前を通るバスはunico costieraの3日間のチケットも使えます。

壁が以上に薄いです。　普通におしゃべりしていたら隣から、うるさいとばかりに壁をどんどん叩かれました。　そういう隣の声も丸聞こえなんですけどね。。。さらに景色は良かったですが上の階がどうやらレストランなんです。（レストランは7階）　予想ですがテーブルを片づける音、ローリーを押す音、など翌日の朝食のセッティングでしょうか、レストランが終わる時間当たりにうるさくなります。それぞれの部屋のドアがしまる音もすごく響きます。　景色が良かっただけにおしいです。　騒音以外はいいホテルです。

バルコニーが広く海とソレントの街が見渡せリラックスできた。 スタッフの対応も非常に親切だった。 ソレントの5星やナポリ市内に宿泊するよりもお得感あり。

The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the view is breathtaking.

Excellent throughout...Courtesy and helpfulness of staff..beautiful surroundings ie pool , large veranda,gym ,garden...bedrooms with balcony overlooking the Bay of Naples.Hotel was spotless throughout and the food for both breakfast and dinner was top class.Bacon egg sausage plus all other options available for breakfast.

For us it was perfect but as it is a 12-15 minute walk from town centre it may not suit everyone. Absolutely worth it for the view though!

Spacious, confortable rooms with a balcony that offered some of the best views in Sorrento. The staff were exceptional, offering what can only be described as 5 Star service. After spending 2 weeks in Italy at a number of different hotels, Hotel Bristol was by far the best. Value for money, i dont think you could find better.

Communication from the hotel before we travelled was very helpful. From the minute we walked into the hotel to the time we left we found the customer service and attention to detail to be superb. All the staff at the Hotel were so helpful, the gentlemen on the front desk and the staff in restaurant were particularly so. The whole experience was just top class. Food was superb - good choice for breakfast and dinner. Room and fixtures were of very good quality. The sea view from our balcany over Sorrento and the Bay of Naples was stunning. My thoughts are if you are going to Sorrento do not miss out on the opportunity of staying at the Hotel Bristol.

Hotel Bristol is a lovely way to enjoy wonderful Sorrento Italy. Great staff and service,nothing too much trouble,quietly elegant,and very comfortable.Beautiful views from the balconys and dining rooms.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Fantastic views from our bedroom balcony & also from resturant & bar. Very nice location.

Everything! Great location, exceptionally nice and helpful staff and great food. We spent a little more to get a junior suite and it was well worth it. Stunning views and spacious well appointed room. Unfortunately didn't have time to use many of the hotels facilities but they all looked good – pool, gym, gardens.

The location and views are amazing from the hotel.Great choice in buffet breakfast and dinner menu. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful

The double bed was two single beds pushed together.The room was a glorified holiday apartment not a comfortable hotel room.It wasnt great value for money.In our room there was a down pipe boxed off which meant every time some on the floor above us used the toilet or shower we heard the water going down,

Our stay at Hotel Bristol was outstanding! We could not have been more pleased with the accommodations in all respects. The rooms were perfect and the balcony view was magnificent. All the staff were wonderful, especially the gentleman who took care of us in the dining room. It was my husband's birthday and a delicious cake was presented to him at our evening meal. Breakfast was a treat each morning and the two evening meals we had at Hotel Bristol was delicious. If we are fortunate enough to return to Sorrento, we would definitely stay there again. The staff are excellent, and we enjoyed the food. Rooms with a view of Mount Vesuvius are fantastic. great hotel

The hotel facility is absolutely beautiful and is only surpassed by the attentive service of the hotel staff that accommodated our every need. Our room was modern and well appointed. View was from terrace was spectacular. We visited too late in the season to use the roof top pool but were nonetheless impressed with its surroundings and view. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk from the town center but miles away from its chaos.

The view from our room was the best I have ever had anywhere. Spectacular is not good enough.
